Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales professional for an individual contributor role at the Assistant Manager / Manager level.

You will work directly with high-intent leads and be responsible for end-to-end sales conversations for high-value certification programs, from first contact to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand career goals and upskilling needs.
  2. Conduct consultative sales conversations with working professionals over calls and video meetings.
  3. Clearly communicate program value, pricing, and career outcomes.
  4. Drive enrollments for premium, high-ticket certification programs.
  5. Handle objections, follow-ups, and closures independently.
  6. Maintain accurate CRM records and lead pipelines.
  7. Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 27 years of inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech, professional certifications, or executive education.
  • Proven experience selling high-value / high-ticket courses or certification programs.
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset; comfortable working as an individual contributor and pathway to become Sales Leader.
  • Experience handling working professionals and longer sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
