Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Inside Sales professional for an individual contributor role at the Assistant Manager / Manager level.
You will work directly with high-intent leads and be responsible for end-to-end sales conversations for high-value certification programs, from first contact to closure.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand career goals and upskilling needs.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with working professionals over calls and video meetings.
- Clearly communicate program value, pricing, and career outcomes.
- Drive enrollments for premium, high-ticket certification programs.
- Handle objections, follow-ups, and closures independently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead pipelines.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Mandatory Skills & Experience- 27 years of inside sales experience, preferably in EdTech, professional certifications, or executive education.
- Proven experience selling high-value / high-ticket courses or certification programs.
- Superb communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ownership mindset; comfortable working as an individual contributor and pathway to become Sales Leader.
- Experience handling working professionals and longer sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
