Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, generating leads, promoting our skill development programs, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need to effectively communicate with potential and existing clients to help them understand our offerings and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales, with experience in lead generation and building client relationships
• Expertise in Account Management for handling client portfolios effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
• Relevant experience in the education or training sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Should own laptop & android phone
