Inside Sales Associate (ISA)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Inside Sales Associate (ISA). The primary responsibilities include driving sales by identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating and nurturing leads, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ISA will actively ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to meet client needs. The role also involves collaborating with team members to handle account management responsibilities and support growth strategies.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify potential customers and drive sales activities.
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and concerns professionally.
• Skills in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
