Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Inside Sales Associate. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, generate leads, assist prospective clients, and drive sales growth. The responsibilities include managing customer accounts effectively, resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and nurturing client relationships
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and the ability to achieve targets consistently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous sales experience in the education or tech industry is a plus
