Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for direct sales queries received through various channels
• Responsible for providing after-sales service and maintaining relationships with clients
• Generate new leads and contribute to business expansion PAN India
• Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 24 years of experience in a sales and client service-driven organization
• Background in hotel sales/hospitality sales will be an added advantage
• Well-groomed with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong understanding of sales as a core skill with a positive, proactive attitude
• High level of service orientation and client empathy
