Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate (Freshers to 6 months experience) to support our B2B inside sales function. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in B2B services sales, working closely with the Team Lead to support pipeline generation for data operations and research services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Team with daily inside sales and pipeline-building activities
- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers (data, analytics, operations leaders)
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites, and internal tools
- Assist in outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Follow up on warm leads and help schedule discovery or introductory calls
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, activities, responses)
- Track outreach performance and share daily/weekly updates with the Team Lead
- Learn Lessburn's service offerings, ICPs, and messaging across data operations
Eligibility & Experience
- 06 months of experience in sales, business development, research, or customer-facing roles
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in B2B sales and data-driven services are encouraged to apply
- Any degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable working evening/night shifts aligned to US & Europe time zones
Required Skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong internet and research capabilities
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve
- Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or lead research platforms
- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or market research
- Interest in B2B services, data, analytics, or consulting environments
