Job Description

  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
  • Understand customers needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customers questions and send additional information per email.
  • Keep up with product, service information, marketing offers and other updates.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services and give online demonstrations
  • Closely Analyze market trends and competitor activity and update the Management
  • Identify, research, and contact customers building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records on sales activities, including all sales opportunities and lost sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Use web-based tools and sales systems to analyze prospective customer needs and match them to appropriate company products and services.
  • Perform outbound call campaigns to company-generated sales leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations within the home automation industry, Closely Analyze market trends and competitor activity and update the Management
  • Lead by example to outmatch customer expectations using customer service, problem-solving and decision-making skills for selling, upselling and cross-selling on par with Company standards
  • Close sales leads, send invoices, do payment follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
