Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Inside Sales Associate will engage with clients, identify sales opportunities, and build relationships to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include lead generation, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and maintain positive client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and capture new business opportunities
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build long-term relationships and address client needs
  • Experience in Account Management to manage client portfolios and ensure efficient communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and independently when needed
  • Knowledge of agricultural products or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
