We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales & Support Executive to handle lead conversion, client onboarding, and ongoing support for the SaaSGold platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with jewellery business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Follow up with existing leads generated through Meta Ads, Instagram, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and explain SaaSGold features clearly
- Conduct product demos (online/offline) to potential clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers
- Update CRM with lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion progress
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
Client Onboarding & Training
- Handle new client onboarding process smoothly
- Assist clients in initial setup and account configuration
- Provide training sessions on how to use the SaaSGold platform
- Ensure clients are comfortable using the system after onboarding
Customer Support (Non-Technical)
- Provide day-to-day non-technical support via call, WhatsApp, or email
- Resolve customer queries related to product usage
- Coordinate with technical team for unresolved issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement
- Collect feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams
- Upsell or cross-sell additional features/services where applicable
Process & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions
- Track daily activities, follow-ups, and closures
- Share regular reports with the management team
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle sales conversations confidently
- Basic understanding of SaaS products (preferred)
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work with CRM tools and follow structured processes
Language Requirements
- Mandatory: Tamil & English
- Additional: Hindi or Telugu (preferred)
Qualification
- Any graduate (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Experience
- 0–3 years in Inside Sales / Customer Support / SaaS Sales (preferred)
Added Advantages (Good to Have)
- Experience in jewellery industry or retail sales

- Prior experience in product demos or onboarding SaaS tools
