As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for a driven and performance-focused Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our Inside Sales and Marketing team.

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads across international markets through strategic digital outreach, paid campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires strong analytical ability, campaign optimization skills, and consistent target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Cold Calling, etc.).
  • Identify, research, and target decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Benefits Managers, etc.) in global markets.
  • Conduct structured cold calling and outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified B2B opportunities.
  • Engage prospects through calls to introduce services, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to run structured outreach campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize lead quality and ROI.
  • Track campaign performance metrics (CPL, conversion rate, CTR, ROI, call-to-meeting ratio) and implement improvements.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, call notes, and follow-up status.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and calling targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, inside sales, or business development.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager
  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B international lead generation (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and drip campaigns.
  • Creative mindset for outreach messaging and content personalization.
