Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Middle East Region

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with 35 years of experience in handling the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to B2B inside sales, lead qualification, client engagement, and coordination with Pre-Sales teams, Technical SMEs, and Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales activities for the Middle east region, including pitching Tek skills core offerings over calls, lead follow-ups, qualification, and opportunity nurturing.
- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and introductory discussions.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and position company offerings effectively.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Technical SMEs, and Account Managers to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update all sales activities, lead notes, and MoMs in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Support proposal coordination, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy and qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to engage prospects, create multiple touchpoints, convert leads into discovery calls, and advance opportunities.
- Adhere to defined sales processes, reporting standards, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales, preferably handling the Middle East market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional business etiquette.
- Experience in IT Services / ERP / SAP/Microsoft dynamics 365/ Cloud / Digital Transformation sales is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with lead generation and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Rocket Reach, SalesQL, etc.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and deliver solution-oriented sales pitches.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Middle east clients and time zones.
- Exposure to ERP, SAP AMS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cloud, Data & AI, or Digital Services sales.
- Understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and reporting.
- Strong verbal communication and email writing skills.
- Excellent follow-up discipline and client coordination abilities.
- Prior experience supporting CXOs or handling client-facing roles is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation activities.
