Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales position. The Inside Sales professional will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, following up with potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Sales Skills: Experience in lead generation, outbound sales calls, and closing sales
  • Customer Service: Ability to understand customer needs and provide excellent customer support
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field is required
  • Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
