Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and revenue goals
- Identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Plan monthly/quarterly influencer calendars and campaign roadmaps
- Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management
- Discover, evaluate, and onboard influencers (micro, macro, celebrity, and UGC creators)
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials
- Build long-term brand ambassador relationships
- Campaign Execution
- Conceptualize campaign briefs and content guidelines
- Coordinate product dispatch, tracking links, and coupon codes
- Ensure timely posting and adherence to brand messaging
- Performance Tracking & ROI Measurement
- Track campaign KPIs: reach, engagement, CPM, CAC, conversions, ROAS
- Use UTM links, affiliate codes, and platform insights for attribution
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Content & Brand Alignment
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone and positioning
- Work closely with content and performance teams for amplification
- Repurpose high-performing influencer content for ads and website
- Compliance & Documentation
- Manage contracts, usage rights, and disclosures (ASCI guidelines)
- Maintain influencer database and performance tracker
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Strong network of influencers and agencies
- Proven experience managing paid and barter collaborations
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in D2C, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or FMCG brands preferred
