Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer IT to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and administration, along with expertise in firewall management, networking, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Fortigate Firewall, Microsoft 365, and Aruba AP environments.
- Provide IT infrastructure support for laptops, desktops, servers, Cisco routers, and IPBX systems.
- Oversee Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, and File Server management.
- Maintain and monitor door access controllers, time attendance machines, and related hardware components.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, security, and system performance.
- Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in IT, Computer Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in IT Infrastructure Support and Administration.
Strong technical proficiency in:
- Networking & Security: Fortigate Firewall, Aruba AP, Cisco Routers
- System Administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, File Server
- IT Hardware & Software: Laptops, Desktops, Servers, IPBX Systems, Door Access Controllers, Time Attendance Machines
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced IT environment.
