Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced security professional to lead and enhance our application security, cloud security, and DevSecOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing Secure SDLC programs and deep hands-on expertise across modern cloud and DevOps ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implement Secure SDLC Programs: Establish and maintain security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Cloud Security Leadership: Drive security architecture and governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- DevSecOps Enablement: Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and automate security testing.
- Infrastructure Security: Secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments using Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation.
- Container & Kubernetes Security: Implement robust security measures for containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters.
- Cloud Migration Security: Provide security oversight and risk management during cloud infrastructure migration projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure security alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years in application security, cloud security, or DevSecOps.
- Proven experience in Secure SDLC program design and implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation
- Containers & Kubernetes Security
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Migration projects.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, OWASP).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security Specialty, Kubernetes Security Specialist.
- Experience with automated security testing tools and policy-as-code frameworks.
