We're looking for an Infrastructure & Security Analyst to join our IT Operations team in Bangalore, reporting to the Director - IT Operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of INTO's IT systems, covering both cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
You'll work closely with Cloud Engineers and the wider IT Security team to ensure systems are secure, optimised, and aligned with best practices, while also contributing ideas and solutions to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance our Microsoft Azure environment, with a focus on cloud systems and security
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune (compliance policies, device configs, app deployment, endpoint security, conditional access)
- Manage and improve the organisation's vulnerability posture, including assessment and remediation
- Monitor and secure infrastructure across Azure, Office 365, Windows, Hyper-V, and VMware
- Proactively monitor alerts and take preventive actions to minimise risks and downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud and on-prem systems
- Optimise cloud costs and recommend improvements
- Manage Hyper-V and VMware clustered environments, backups, and corporate platforms
- Collaborate across IT teams to support projects and future technology initiatives
- Create clear and structured technical documentation
Requirements:
- Solid IT support experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365 Administration, and Microsoft Intune
- Good understanding of Azure services including VNET, NSG, IAM, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics
- Exposure to Azure security tools such as Security Centre, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure ATP, along with backup & recovery solutions (Recovery Services Vault, Site Recovery)
- Knowledge of identity and access management including Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access, and Azure Policy
- Experience or exposure to virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware ESXi
- Familiarity with automation and cost optimisation (ARM templates, Azure cost management)
- Understanding of SQL environments (IaaS vs Azure vs Managed Instance)
- Exposure to firewalls, certificate management (Key Vault), and modern infrastructure setups
- Experience working with external vendors/suppliers and creating clear technical documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, proactive mindset with a strong focus on learning and delivering excellent customer service
