Key Responsibilities
IT Separation Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage detailed IT separation plans, including infrastructure, applications, and data migration. Define technical cutover strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Execution of IT Divestiture: Oversee application carve-outs, ERP system segregation, and cloud migration activities. Manage network and infrastructure separation, ensuring minimal downtime and risk. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR).
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal IT teams, external vendors, and divested entity stakeholders. Facilitate technical workshops, steering committees, and status meetings.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify IT-specific risks such as data integrity, system downtime, and security breaches. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Testing & Validation: Lead technical testing for migrated systems and applications. Validate data integrity and system performance post-separation.
Reporting & Governance: Maintain accurate project documentation, including architecture diagrams and migration plans. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and budget.
