Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network and infrastructure projects.
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change control using PMO best practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver clear weekly status reports and executive updates.
- Ensure quality documentation and timely stakeholder approvals.
- Coordinate third-party vendors, logistics/staging partners, and on-site resources.
- Proactively manage and resolve risks while protecting timelines and commitments.
- Mentor project team members and contractors.
- Travel to customer sites as required (not needed for current project).
Required Experience & Skills
- 812+ years of IT, network, or infrastructure project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor, multi-site deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in project governance, budgeting, risk, and change management.
- Experience working with global teams across time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
Desirable
- Exposure to Cisco networking, wireless, SD-WAN, or data center technologies.
- Knowledge of RF surveys, device staging, or logistics operations.
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
