As we scale rapidly, we are strengthening our Project Management function to execute multiple Growize farm projects in parallel. This role is for someone who can plan, coordinate, negotiate, and executeensuring projects move from plan to reality.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As a Project Manager, you will:

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Growize farm projects across locations.

Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies using Zoho Projects or similar project management tools.

Lead a team of Project Development Leads/site teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure execution as per plan.

Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and contractors across civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

Lead budgeting, costing, and expense tracking for projects; ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and service providers.

Track project progress, risks, and issues; take corrective actions proactively.

Visit project sites regularly and stay on-site when required during critical phases of construction or commissioning.

Ensure quality, safety, and documentation standards are maintained across projects.

Provide regular progress updates and reports to founders and leadership.

Build, manage, and guide on-ground execution teams to get things done efficiently.

Who We're Looking For

Education: BE/BTech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.

Experience: 5 years in project management or execution (greenhouse, infrastructure, industrial, agri, or similar projects).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Projects or other project management software.

Solid understanding of construction practices, utilities, site coordination, and vendor management.

Experience in budgeting, cost control, and commercial negotiations.

Willingness to travel frequently and stay on-site when project needs demand it.

Strong execution mindsetable to drive teams and vendors to closure.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

Experience in greenhouse construction, CEA, or agri infrastructure projects.

Exposure to automation, fertigation, or climate-control systems.

Track record of scaling project teams and improving execution efficiency.

Ability to work calmly under pressure while managing multiple stakeholders.
