About the Role
We are looking for an experienced LIAM Engineer with deep expertise in One Identity Manager (1IM) and IAM infrastructure to support and evolve our Identity Lifecycle and Access Management platform. This role involves managing secure identity integrations across both cloud and on-premise environments, onboarding organizational units, and ensuring operational excellence across IAM services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support One Identity Manager (1IM) and integrated identity services
- Provide engineering support for IAM environments across cloud and on-prem infrastructure
- Monitor and analyze bugs, performance, and system stability during and after IAM releases
- Optimize performance of IAM tools, databases, and related infrastructure
- Manage incidents, problems, and change processes for IAM services
- Collaborate with global teams during project releases, testing, and ongoing operations
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and process workflows
- Work with tools like JIRA for task tracking and project coordination
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 710 years of experience in enterprise IT with a strong focus on IAM technologies
- Proven hands-on experience with One Identity Manager or similar IAM tools
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Active Directory (multi-forest), Windows Server, IIS, and MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, and general network architecture
- Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Security certifications like CISSP, CISM (preferred)
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS (certifications are a plus)
- Microsoft certifications in infrastructure design and management
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
