Role Summary

The Infrastructure Manager will lead infrastructure development projects across Gamlaa Bioscapes facilitiesincluding warehouses, new offices, and experience centers. This role involves end-to-end management of civil, MEP, and interior fit-out works while ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and high quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of building infrastructure projects for new warehouses, offices, and experience centers.

Manage civil construction activities such as brickwork, flooring, and finishing work in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead interior fit-out projects including layout planning, furniture, and dcor, ensuring adherence to brand and functional requirements.

Coordinate with Project Management Consultants (PMC) and contractors to monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.

Supervise MEP installations (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) ensuring effective integration with architectural work.

Review project drawings, BOQs, and site reports, suggesting design or cost optimization where possible.

Finalize and manage vendors for civil, interior, and MEP contractors through structured evaluation and negotiation.

Conduct regular site visits for quality checks, milestone tracking, and contractor performance assessments.

Ensure all legal, environmental, and safety norms are followed as per local regulations and company standards.
