Job Description

Build, configure, and operate Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
Configure and support virtualization using Hyper-V and VMware.
Develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions with automation and monitoring.
Troubleshoot advanced connectivity, performance, and reliability issues.
Manage server and storage resources across on-prem and cloud platforms (primarily Azure).
Support system upgrades, patching, and incident management using ITIL-based processes.
Write and maintain technical documentation and operational SOPs.
Develop automation scripts (primarily in PowerShell) to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams and key vendors.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and after-hours on-call rotations.
Contribute to cloud operations including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployments.
Support infrastructure observability, backup operations, and security compliance.
Grow technical knowledge across infrastructure through training and collaboration.
