Job Title: Infrastructure Expert (Civil)
Location: Sri Vijaya Puram, Andaman and Nicobar Islands
Years of Experience: 8–10 years
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in civil/infrastructure planning
- Mandatory experience on at least 5 infrastructure or tourism projects
- Strong experience in preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and DPR inputs
- Exposure to civil works including roads, utilities, buildings, and MEP components
- Experience with projects implemented through EPC / PPP models is desirable
Mandatory Domain Expertise
The candidate must demonstrate expertise in:
- Infrastructure planning and civil design inputs
- Cost estimation, BOQs, and budgeting
- Reviewing technical specifications and drawings
- Coordinating with architects, planners, and project managers
- Supporting bid documentation and project implementation monitoring
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
