• Create and Maintain Architectural Standards:
• Develop architectural standards and define processes to ensure conformance to these standards across all solutions.
• Solution Testing and Ownership Analysis:
• Establish solution-testing criteria and analyze the cost of ownership for proposed solutions, ensuring long-term viability and cost-effectiveness.
• Promote Business Vision:
• Advocate for a clear and consistent business vision through well-defined and communicated technical architectures.
