A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 to 3 + years of hands-on experience NodeJs / React Developer
Hands-on DevOps experience
Good working knowledge of Backstage if added advantage.
Good knowledge of basic Jira administrator actions (creating workflows, managing projects, setting up schemes etc.)
Good knowledge of basic Confluence administrator actions (creating spaces, configuring spaces etc.)
Exposure to agile development practices
A good understanding and exposure interacting with Gitlab, Jenkins and Nexus
Development experience with Service Portals
Container technology: Docker, Kubernetes
Understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash etc.
Web-development experience using JavaScript / Node.js
MySQL database experience
CI/CD experience
Hands on technical experience in automation for development/infra/production stability
Enthusiasm and ability to learn and apply new technologies
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills for cross team collaboration
Ability to influence business and IT stakeholders for continuous improvement
