Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:

The Full Stack Security Network Engineer is responsible for the operations and management of DDI infrastructures. This role specializes in DDI platforms and next-generation firewalls. The engineer leverages automation, scripting, and AI-aided observability tools, including Agentic AI frameworks to ensure resilient, secure, and efficient network operations across multi-vendor and multi-cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain DDI network infrastructure.
  • Manage and support cloud networking environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including cloud-native network controls and integrations.
  • Administer DDI platforms such as Infoblox and/or Bluecat, ensuring reliable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
  • Operate and manage any next-generation firewall platforms, supporting robust security and policy enforcement.
  • Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure using AI-aided observability and management tools.
  • Automate network operations and routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Ansible, or similar) and orchestration platforms.
  • Apply Agentic AI frameworks to enhance network observability, automation, and self-healing capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with networking best practices and organizational policies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in core routing and switching.
  • Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with DDI platforms (Infoblox, Bluecat).
  • Experience with next-generation firewall platforms.
  • Experience in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar).
  • Experience with AI-aided network observability and management tools.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks for network operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents and infrastructure issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

  • Infoblox Certified Network Professional
  • Bluecat Certified Professional
  • Certified Cloud Network Engineer (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Next-Gen Firewall Vendor Certification (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper)
  • PCEP Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer
  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Network Automation (EX457)

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in DDI Operations Support and deployment.
  • This position is based at our Bangaluru/Pune/Gurgaon office.
  • A 15-year full-time education is required.
  • Resource needs to be AI Ready., 15 years full time education
