Job Description

Location : Anywhere

Experience : 8 +years

Budget : 20 LPA

  • SPOC between SD/L1 and L2 and Onshore Team
  • Handling Escalation Tickets/Guiding the team
  • Handling Support tickets EUC - Coordinating with UK customer on call/Chat and resolving the cases
  • Working on high/medium priority ticket to troubleshoot and fix or reach out UK team for resolution.
  • Creating SOP for team guidance
  • Azure, Office 365, exchange
  • Deep understanding of windows client and Server OS for analysis OS/Application/Network/registry related issues
  • Hands on experience with Event logs, perfmon, Dumps (Memory, Process), DAG, Clusters, sysinternal tools etc
  • Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, WDS, MDT, etc.
  • Administration of Mcafee, Forcepoint, SCCM for end point solutions
