Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management. Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation to support infrastructure planning and decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management.
- Analyze current infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure architecture.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies to support evolving business needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in infrastructure management.
- Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for infrastructure growth and scalability.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess infrastructure needs and propose effective solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Have a solid understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance domain which is advantageous.
- Show proficiency in creating detailed architecture documentation and technical specifications.
- Display the ability to lead projects and manage resources effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
