We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and will be responsible for leading technical projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team in designing and implementing software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in software development and engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
