Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 14 years in International Voice Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international clients for our International Voice Process. The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients.
  • Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 14 years in international voice process or customer support.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Shift: Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably).
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
