What we are looking for is a strong technical Business Analyst who can:
- Work with customers to gather and clarify requirements
- Translate the requirements for development teams to execute
- Be familiar with Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Understand CAB processes
- Attend meetings independently
This role is initially envisioned as on-demand, providing:
- Backfill for staff during leave
- Support for project initiatives
Any knowledge of PAM would be a bonus. We require an experienced resource who can hit the ground running with minimal induction.
Identity Customer
We also discussed options to support the PING environment. Currently, support is outsourced to a vendor and includes BAU activities, project support, and development of CIAM strategy at the request of TFA teams.
We need to understand the costs associated with:
- BAU support for PING, including customer support, security adapters, and general support to IT technical teams
- Project support for new or enhanced PING functionality
- Strategic guidance, working with our project and architecture teams to uplift roadmaps
- A partner to manage software product updates, health checks, and related activities
Consulting
Consulting support could be broad and may include:
- Web application penetration testing
- Application penetration testing
- Network penetration testing
- WAF reviews
- Firewall reviews
- WiFi reviews
- Technical engagements to implement security controls across Azure
- Privileged Access Management
- Vendor assessment reviews, including reviewing information security assessments and sourcing additional evidence as required
