Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology (IT) Technical Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, overseeing full-life cycle recruiting processes, and managing effective hiring strategies. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Understanding of Information Technology roles and functions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Experience in the salon, beauty, or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience is also considered
