Studio Chintala is looking for dynamic IT Support Specialists (Tier 1 / Tier 2) who can operate independently, think critically, and deliver excellent end-user support in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
End User Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as first and second point of contact via ticketing system, phone, chat, and remote support.
- Diagnose and resolve software, application, and connectivity issues.
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Provide basic support for Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino (escalate complex cases appropriately).
Access & Authentication
- Handle password resets, MFA troubleshooting, VPN connectivity.
- Support access-related issues aligned with company policies.
Documentation & Ticketing
- Maintain accurate records in ITSM systems.
- Follow escalation paths and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
User Training & Onboarding
- Support new hire IT onboarding.
- Provide guidance on collaboration tools and standard applications.
Collaboration & Escalation
- Escalate infrastructure-level issues when required.
- Partner with the U.S. IT team to identify recurring issues and improve service quality.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Tier 1 / Tier 2 IT or Service Desk roles.
- Familiarity with tools like Freshservice, Zendesk, or Jira Service Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VPN clients, and remote support tools.
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work aligned with U.S. business hours (PST / CST / EST).
