This role is responsible for delivering reliable technical support and maintaining seamless day-to-day IT operations across Mango Mass Media. It is a hands-on position that demands strong problem-solving skills, quick response times, and the ability to effectively support teams in a dynamic, fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
Set up, configure, and maintain systems, operating systems, and applications
Manage user access, emails, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices
Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet performance
Handle IT asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination
Ensure data backups and security protocols are followed
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, networking, security, and hardware troubleshooting
Experience with Access Points, Firewalls, and Network Management
Hands-on knowledge of NAS Storage & Backup Solutions
Familiarity with SIEM / Security Monitoring Tools
Experience in Windows Server & Active Directory
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Understanding of Endpoint Security solutions (AV, EDR, etc.)
Requirements
24 years of experience in IT support / system administration
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
Good communication and service-oriented mindset
