Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and technically sound IT Support Engineer / IT Support Associate to join our IT & Automation team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, maintaining system reliability, and supporting teams across the organization through effective technical support, automation, and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on approach, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage both operational IT tasks and improvement-driven initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Administration & Systems Management

Manage and administer Google Workspace, including user accounts, access controls, groups, policies, and overall system health.

Oversee user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) across IT systems and tools. Manage and maintain company domains and DNS settings using Namecheap.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution

Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across teams, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Work closely with engineering and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Device & End Point Management

Manage company-owned devices using device management solutions.

Ensure all endpoints comply with company security and operational standards.

Conduct regular audits of devices, licenses, and system configurations.

Process Automation & Workflow Optimization

Identify manual or repetitive IT processes and implement automation and workflow improvements.

Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for IT processes and systems. Audits, Security & Compliance

Conduct periodic system, security, and access audits to ensure compliance with internal policies.

Monitor system logs, permissions, and configurations to reduce risk and improve governance.

Support security best practices across tools, devices, and user access. Tool & Platform Management

Manage ClickUp access, permissions, and configurations to support operational and project workflows.

Assist in maintaining and optimizing internal tools and software used across teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.

Experience with device management and endpoint security tools.

Solid understanding of IT operations, access management, and system

administration.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
