About the Role: This position serves as the primary technical point for our New Delhi operations and the wider APAC territory. You will provide comprehensive on-site support for approximately 90 employees, including executive leadership, within a predominantly Mac-based infrastructure. This role requires a service-oriented professional to manage regional IT life cycles and participate in collaborative initiatives with our international technology teams across the Americas and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end technical assistance for the New Delhi office, ensuring high-priority support for senior leadership.
  • Act as the primary technical coordinator for the APAC region, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and Mac environments with high efficiency.
  • Administer and troubleshoot enterprise tools including Slack, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
  • Utilize FreshService to manage system documentation, ticket workflows, and service requests.
  • Oversee device inventory and deployment using MDM platforms such as Intune and Kandji.
  • Maintain identity access through Okta and assist with the oversight of endpoint security tools.
  • Diagnose and repair office connectivity issues involving network hardware and general network infrastructure.
  • Partner with global IT departments to execute cross-regional projects and ensure consistent service coverage.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an IT support or systems analyst role.
  • Advanced technical command of macOS, with additional proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Strong background in managing MDM solutions, SSO configurations, and various SaaS applications.
  • Thorough understanding of core networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to provide consistent on-site support at the New Delhi office.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment or similarly fast-paced industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with supporting audiovisual (AV) systems and integrated conference room technologies is advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones or regional models.
