Supports and strengthens the organization's IT infrastructure in a fully remote environment. Ensures systems, networks, and applications run securely and efficiently while providing reliable technical support to distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and access issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security controls.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and backups.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and best IT practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 36 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cloud tools.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity basics and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of IT automation and monitoring tools.
