Role: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Lucknow (Work from office)

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: No bar for the right candidate

Qualification: MBA Sales/Marketing/ - or related field

Joining Period: Immediate

Skills Required:

Experience: 13 years in IT sales, preferably with an International Market

o Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, DevOps tools, ERP, CRM).

o Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies

o Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries through market research, cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Generate qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

2. Client Acquisition

  • Engage with decision-makers (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Directors) to understand their technology needs and pain points.
  • Deliver tailored pitches showcasing our Company Services and solutions.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through stages (prospecting to closure).

4. Market Research

  • Analyse IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies

5. Proposal Development

  • Create compelling proposals, highlight technical capabilities, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.

6. Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs while ensuring profitability.
  • Close deals to meet/exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.

7. Client Relationship Management

  • Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

8. Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline health.
