Key Responsibilities
New Logo Acquisition (Hunter Role)
- Identify, prospect, and close new customers across assigned markets
- Drive net-new logo wins for IT products and services
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure
High-Target Sales Execution
- Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Consistently convert leads into high-value deals
Solution Selling
- Understand customer business challenges and IT requirements
- Position IT solutions including software, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and services
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to close deals
Relationship & Market Development
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities post-closure
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT / SaaS / Technology sales
- Proven success in closing new logos with high targets
- Demonstrated ability to hunt, prospect, and close independently
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills
