IT Sales Specialist New Logo Hunter (High Targets)

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented IT Sales Specialist with a proven track record of closing new logos under high revenue targets. This role is ideal for go-getters who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy hunting for new business, and are motivated by performance-based growth.

Key Responsibilities

New Logo Acquisition (Hunter Role)

  • Identify, prospect, and close new customers across assigned markets
  • Drive net-new logo wins for IT products and services
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure

High-Target Sales Execution

  • Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Consistently convert leads into high-value deals

Solution Selling

  • Understand customer business challenges and IT requirements
  • Position IT solutions including software, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and services
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to close deals

Relationship & Market Development

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities post-closure

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT / SaaS / Technology sales
  • Proven success in closing new logos with high targets
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt, prospect, and close independently
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills
