Job Title: IT Sales Specialist (International Markets)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Sales Specialist to drive new business growth across international markets (US, UK, Australia). This is a target-driven, outbound sales role that requires strong cold-calling and lead-generation expertise, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, generating high-quality opportunities, and nurturing a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make 7080 outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients across international markets.
  2. Independently generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  3. Build, manage, and nurture a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to handover.
  4. Engage with decision-makers, understand business needs, and position Dynamics Square's SaaS, ERP, and CRM solutions effectively.
  5. Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to execute region-specific campaigns and strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and track key sales performance metrics.
  7. Provide regular updates on pipeline status, prospect feedback, and conversion ratios.
  8. Conduct ongoing research to identify new prospects, industries, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 2+ years of experience in IT SaaS Sales or Outbound Lead Generation for international markets (US/UK/Australia).
  2. Proven track record of achieving daily call targets and lead-generation goals.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral/global accent.
  4. Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and objection handling.
  5. Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in terms of business value.
  6. Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions.
  2. Knowledge of international sales cycles and time zone coordination.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
