Job Title: IT Sales Specialist (International Markets)
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Sales Specialist to drive new business growth across international markets (US, UK, Australia). This is a target-driven, outbound sales role that requires strong cold-calling and lead-generation expertise, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, generating high-quality opportunities, and nurturing a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 7080 outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients across international markets.
- Independently generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Build, manage, and nurture a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to handover.
- Engage with decision-makers, understand business needs, and position Dynamics Square's SaaS, ERP, and CRM solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to execute region-specific campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and track key sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, prospect feedback, and conversion ratios.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new prospects, industries, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in IT SaaS Sales or Outbound Lead Generation for international markets (US/UK/Australia).
- Proven track record of achieving daily call targets and lead-generation goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral/global accent.
- Strong skills in cold calling, prospecting, and objection handling.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in terms of business value.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of international sales cycles and time zone coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
