About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven IT/SaaS Sales Professional who can generate qualified leads, pitch software solutions, convert clients, and manage B2B sales cycles. The role includes proactive outreach, demos, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation- Identify potential B2B clients through digital research, databases, LinkedIn, cold calling & email campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
Client Acquisition- Conduct sales pitches and presentations for software/SaaS products.
- Understand client needs and map them to the right solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Operations- Maintain accurate CRM data and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for smooth onboarding.
- Follow up with warm and hot leads consistently.
Market Research- Actively track industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
- Collect client feedback and share insights for product improvement.
Required Skills- 26 years of proven experience in IT sales / Software sales / SaaS sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in lead data generation, cold calling, email outreach, and demo presentations.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.) preferred.
