Role Overview
Ezulix Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and closure-oriented Business Development Manager to take end-to-end ownership of IT services sales. This role is designed for someone who can generate leads independently, engage decision-makers, and close revenuenot just follow up on inbound leads.
The role is WFO from Gurugram, with flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Ownership
Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation closure
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Drive outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, networking, and platforms
Identify and engage CXOs, Founders, CTOs, and decision-makers
Qualify opportunities based on business fit, budget, and timelines
Client Engagement & Closures
Conduct in-person and virtual discovery meetings
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and estimates
Lead negotiations and close deals independently
Ensure smooth transition to delivery teams post-closure
Market Expansion & Partnerships
Explore channel partnerships, resellers, and strategic alliances
Attend industry events, meetups, and conferences when required
Provide market feedback to leadership for pricing and positioning
Required Skills & Qualifications
36 years of IT services sales / & Business Development experience
Strong understanding of web, mobile, and custom software development
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working from office and traveling as required
Target-driven mindset with ownership attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to India, Middle East, US, or UK markets
Exposure to AI, SaaS, Cloud, Data, or Enterprise solutions
Existing client or partner network
