Job Responsibilities :

As a IT Sales Executive, you'll drive revenue growth by building relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:

l Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.

l Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.

l Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

l Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.

l Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

l Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress using CRM software, and generating regular performance reports.

l Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

l Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Must-have:

l Persuasive presentation skills, with experience delivering tailored pitches to executives.

l Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

l Proficiency in CRM tools, and familiarity with data-driven sales strategies.

l Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

Industry-specific experience :

Advanced knowledge of sales techniques, such as consultative selling or value-based selling.

Experience conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations using tools like Zoom or MS Teams.

Familiarity with market analytics software to inform sales strategies.
