Business Development Executive / Manager IT Sale.
Location - Ahmedabad (On-site) / Hybrid
Experience - 26 years in IT Sales / Business Development
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
Generate new business for IT services including
Website Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, AI, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation meetings requirement understanding proposal negotiation closure.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Ensure advance payments and milestone-based billing.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Self-generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, Upwork/Fiverr, networking, and referrals.
Handle inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Handling
Communicate IT solutions clearly to non-technical clients.
Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Handle objections, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams post-closure.
Maintain proper documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up records.
Submit daily/weekly sales activity and revenue reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in IT services sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a tarrget-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Self-motivated, accountable, and result-oriented mindset.
