About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with around 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development for software/IT services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, validating leads, conducting outreach through email/calls/LinkedIn, and scheduling meetings with qualified prospects from international markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, UAE, and Australia.

Technical assistance and proposal support will be provided by our internal team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in international IT sales and earn high commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and validate leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Clutch, Apollo, Upwork, Google, directories, etc.
  • Conduct outbound prospect outreach via:
  • Cold Emails
  • LinkedIn Outreach
  • Cold Calling
  • WhatsApp/Inbound Follow-Ups
  • Identify client requirements and business pain points
  • Schedule discovery meetings with interested prospects
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up records in CRM/Sheets
  • Coordinate with the technical team for requirement understanding
  • Build long-term relationships with international clients
  • Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline

Required Skills (Mandatory)

Preferred (Plus Point)

  • Technical understanding of software development/services
  • Experience with international clients
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.
  • Knowledge of proposal drafting or requirement gathering

Salary & Incentives
