Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full life cycle recruiting for IT roles, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and VMS systems.
- This role requires excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills to deliver top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on contract hiring.
- Proven expertise in full life cycle recruiting for IT roles.
- Hands-on experience withLinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), and sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with ATS and VMS platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top IT talent.
- Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) to maintain accurate candidate records and compliance.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
