Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions across multiple domains.
Good communication skills
Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and networking channels to identify top talent.
Coordinate interviews, manage submissions, and assist in offer negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.
Requirements
0-6 months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Onsite position (No Work from Home)
