Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Hybrid)

Office timings: 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST Mon to Fri working

Creospan is growing tech company and are experiencing significant growth and currently looking for US IT Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4+ years of end to end recruiting experience for US clients.

2. Strong understating of technology with hands-on technical screening experience.

3. Experience with Ceipal or any ATS.

4. Should be willing to work from our Pune Office. (3 days/week)

5. Should be comfortable with Night Shift.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
• Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
• Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
• Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
• Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /databases, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
