About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify the right talent accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and offer terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, AngelList, ATS, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
